Weekend at Encantado
Stuart and Frank treated us to a weekend at Encantado in Santa Fe. Lisa and I took advangage of the gift last weekend. First stop, lunch at the Guadalupe Cafe.
For you expat New Mexicans, a breakfast burrito smothered with red chile. Daaaaayuum!
